Cruzian Catering wants to create a network of private chefs in the Northern Michigan region. The goal is to provide event opportunities for other chef contractors to establish their names within our community.
We seek those who are currently providing private chef services to execute Cruzian Events. It would be incredible to have a variety of styles, menus and personalities to showcase the talent held in our region.
Owner, Bennjamin Overholt, understands the difficulties both mentally and physically of starting our own businesses and respects the creative minds‘ that need their own light to grow. This would be a partnership between Cruzian and 1099 individual contractors.
Chef’s should be able to set their own service fees based on their skill and confidence. Their menus represented with their brand, skill sets, and food content in a profile to be searched and selected by clients.
“I want to create a business that can help talented, smart and achieving artists connect with clients, businesses and other agencies. Traverse is growing quickly along with its surrounding cities. I hate turning down clients just because I‘m personally unavailable or I don’t have the resources to execute. I want a team of reliable business owners with the mindset to grow their names alongside mine. I need to connect with them so we can exchange ideas, overcome problems, identify patterns and aid in troubled times.“
This concept exists but building it from the ground up will assure the needs of our community are met. Our farms, our businesses and our families.
